Ingredients needed:
* 2 medium potatoes, cubed
* bag of small baby carrots
* 2 small onions, cut in wedges
* 2 ribs of celery, cut up
* 3 lb pot roast
* 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
* 3/4 cup of water or tomatoe juice
* 1 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce
* 1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon granules
* 1 teaspoon of dried basil
Preparation needed:
* Place vegetables in bottom of crockpot
* Place roast in crockpot
* Combine water, worcestershire sauce, bouillon and basil. Pour over meat and vegetables.
* Cover and cook on low for 10 hours
