Crockpot roast beef recipe

Crockpot roast beef recipe


This is such a simple way to make roast beef and gravy. So easy and so delicious.
Serve with some mashed tomatoes and creamed corn and it makes a yummy meal :-)

Ingredients needed:

* 1 boneless beef chuck roast (approximately 3 pounds)
* 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
* 1/2 cup of beef broth
* 1 envelope of onion soup mix

Preparation steps:

* Cut roast in half; place in crockpot. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over roast.
* Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
