Egg and broccoli casserole crockpot recipe



Ingredients needed:

* 24 oz carton small-curd cottage cheese
* 10 oz package of frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
* 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz)
* 6 eggs, beaten
* 1/3 cup of flour
* 1/4 cup of melted butter
* 3 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
* 1/2 teaspoon of salt
* shredded cheese is optional

Preparation steps:

* Combine first 8 ingredients into greased crockpot
* Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook on for 2 1/2 hours.
* Sprinkle with cheese if you wish and serve.

Makes an awesome breakfast dish.
