Sunday Beef Stew Crockpot Recipe

Ingredients needed:

* 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour
* 3/4 teaspoon of salt
* 3/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
* 2 pounds of beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
* 2 tablespoons of canola oil
* 1 package of frozen pearl onions
* 1 cup of dry red wine or beef broth
* 3/4 cup of water
* 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
* 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
* 1 tablespoon of honey
* 2 bay leaves
* 1 garlic clove, minced

Preparation steps:

* In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt, cinnamon and pepper. Add beef, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. In a large skillet, brown beef in oil. Transfer to the crockpot. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
* Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until beef and onions are tender. Discard bay leaves and enjoy.
