White Chili Crockpot Recipe



Ingredients needed:

* 3 cans of great northern beans, rinsed and drained
* 3 cups of cubed cooked chicken breast
* 1 jar of Alfredo sauce (15 ounces)
* 2 cups of chicken broth
* 1 to 2 cans of chopped green chilies (4 ounces each)
* 1 1/2 cups of frozen gold and white corn
* 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese
* 1 cup of shredded pepper jack cheese
* 1 cup of sour cream
* 1 small sweet yellow pepper, chopped
* 1 small onion, chopped
* 3 cloves of garlic, minced
* 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
* 1 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
* 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
* Salsa verde and chopped fresh cilantro, optional

Preparation steps:

* In crockpot, combine the first 15 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 3 1/2 hours, stirring once midway through.
* Serve with salsa verde and cilantro if desired.

  1. This is so good!! I'm not really a chili person so this is great because of the delicious Alfredo base and chicken instead of ground beef. Even compared to other white chicken chili recipes this is hands down the best one I've had. I have to omit a couple of the ingredients due to little one's taste- no pepper jack cheese or canned peppers, but even without that it is a great recipe! Between how tasty it is and how easy it is to toss the ingredients in the crock pot this will be a winter staple in our house! Excellent recipe! For anyone that is considering this, it's a must have!
