Swiss Steak Stew Crockpot Recipe



Ingredients needed:

* 2 to 3 boneless beef top sirloin steaks (about 4 lbs.)
* 2 cans of diced tomatoes
* 2 green bell peppers, cut into 1/2-inch strips
* 2 onions, chopped
* 1 tablespoon of season salt
* 1 teaspoons of black pepper

Preparation steps:

* Cut each steak into 3 to 4 pieces and place into crockpot.
* Add tomatoes, bell peppers and onions.
* Season with salt and pepper.
* Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is tender.

Enjoy
(Serves 10)
