Chicken and Biscuits Crockpot Recipe



Ingredients needed:

* 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
* 1 can of cream of chicken soup
* 1 package of frozen peas and carrots, thawed (10 ounces)
* 1 package of refrigerated biscuits (7 1/2 ounces)

Preparation steps:

* Place chicken into crockpot; pour in soup.
* Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
* Stir in peas and carrots. Cover and cook low for 30 minutes or until vegetables are heated through.
* Meanwhile, bake biscuits according to package directions.
* Spoon chicken and vegetable mixture over biscuits to serve.
