Sauerkraut and Sausage Soup Crockpot Recipe



Ingredients needed:

* 4 cups of chicken broth
* 1 lb. smoked polish, cut into 1/2-inch slices
* 1 can of sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained (16 oz.)
* 2 cups of fresh mushrooms
* 1 1/2 cups cubed peeled potatoes
* 1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
* 1 1/4 cups chopped onions
* 2 large carrots, sliced
* 2 celery ribs, chopped
* 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
* 2 teaspoons of dill weed
* 1 teaspoon of sugar
* 1/4 teaspoon of pepper

Preparation steps:

* In crockpot, combine all ingredients.
* Cover and cook on low for 5 1/2 hours or until vegetables are tender.

Serve and Enjoy
(Serves 10)
