Autumn Chicken Crockpot Recipe

Ingredients needed:

* 1 can of whole artichoke hearts, drained (14 ounces)
* 1 can of whole mushrooms, divided (14 ounces)
* 12 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 1 jar of marinated artichoke hearts, undrained (6 1/2 ounces)
* 3/4 cup of white wine
* 1/2 cup of balsamic vinaigrette
* Hot cooked noodles
* Paprika for garnish (optional)

Preparation steps:

* Spread whole artichoke hearts into crockpot. Top with half of the mushrooms.
* Place chicken in single layer on mushrooms, and top with marinated artichoke hearts and their liquid.
* Add remaining mushrooms. Pour in wine and vinaigrette.
* Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
* Serve over noodles sprinkled with paprika, if desired.

(Serves 10 to 12)
