Chile Verde Crockpot Recipe



Ingredients needed:

* 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
* 1 to 2 pounds of boneless pork chops
* 2 cups of sliced carrots
* 1 jar of mild salsa (24 ounces)
* 1 cup of chopped onion

Preparation steps:

* Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pork; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until browned on both sides.
* Place carrots into crockpot; top with pork. Pour salsa over pork; add onion.
* Cover and cook on high for 7 hours.

Enjoy
(Serves 4 to 6)
