Meatballs with Red Pepper Sauce Crockpot Recipe

Ingredients needed:

* 48 frozen cooked meatballs, thawed
* 1 jar of roasted red bell peppers, drained (about 7 oz.)
* 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
* 1/4 cup of Italian dressing
* 1 jar of marinara sauce (26 oz.)

Preparation steps:

* Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Place meatballs into crockpot.
* Place roasted peppers in blender. Cover; blend until smooth. Add cheese and Italian dressing. Cover; blend until mixed. Add marinara sauce. Cover and blend with on-and-off pulses just until combined. Pour sauce over meatballs.
* Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours. Stir before serving. Serve with toothpicks.
