Orange Molasses BBQ Ribs Crockpot Recipe



Ingredients needed:

* 5 lbs. of pork baby back ribs, cut into 3-rib sections
* 1 cup of barbecue sauce
* 1/4 cup of molasses
* 1/4 cup of frozen (thawed) orange juice concentrate
* 2 teaspoons of red pepper sauce
* 1 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic
* 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Preparation steps:

* Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with cooking spray. Place ribs on rack. Broil with tops 5 1/2 inches from heat for 10 minutes.
* Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Arrange ribs in crockpot; cover with sauce.
* Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
* Remove ribs from crockpot to serving platter; cover to keep warm. Skim fat from cooking liquid in crockpot. Pour liquid into 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until reduced to 1 1/2 cups.

Serve sauce with ribs and enjoy
