Spinach Gorgonzola Corn Bread Crockpot Recipe



Ingredients needed:

* 2 boxes of cornbread mix (8 1/2 ounces each)
* 3 eggs
* 1/2 cup cream
* 1 box of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained (10 ounces)
* 1 cup of crumbled gorgonzola
* 1 teaspoon of black pepper
* Paprika, optional

Preparation steps:

* Coat crockpot with cooking spray.
* Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Place batter in crockpot.
* Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 hours.
* Sprinkle top with paprika for more colorful crust, if desired.
* Let bread cook completely before inverting onto serving platter.
