Turkey with Vegetables Dinner Crockpot Recipe



Ingredients needed:

* 1 onion, diced
* 6 small red potatoes, quartered
* 2 cups of sliced carrots
* 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
* 2 lbs. boneless, skinless turkey thighs, cut into 4 to 6 pieces
* 1/4 cup of flour
* 1 envelope of dry onion soup mix
* 1/2 teaspoon of dried sage
* 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
* 1 can of cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz.)
* 2/3 cup of chicken broth
* Fresh thyme sprigs for garnish, if desired

Preparation steps:

* Place first 4 ingredients in bottom of crockpot. Place turkey over vegetables.
* Combine flour and remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour over the turkey.
* Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
* Garnish, if desired.

Serve with some nice hot biscuits and enjoy :-)
